Project-specific terms
The proposal must specify payment milestones, any deposit, cancellation rights and how completed work or committed costs are treated. Review these terms before paying or authorising work.
Requesting cancellation
Send your cancellation request to support@ambeveil.site with your project details. We will review the project agreement, work completed and any authorised third-party commitments.
Refund assessment
Any refund is assessed under the agreed terms and applicable law. Completed work and properly authorised, nonrecoverable third-party costs may affect the refundable amount. We do not describe every payment as automatically refundable or nonrefundable.
Approved refunds
The refund amount, method and estimated processing time will be confirmed in writing. Financial providers may require additional processing time. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
